Mark Williams Mark Williams joined Microsoft in 1997, as a Technical Support Manager in the Premier Support organization. Over the next few years - as a TAM and Application Development Consultant - he managed support delivery to various types of organizations, including ISVs, OEMs and enterprise customers. In January 2000 Mark moved into a role as a Support Program Manager for Microsoft TV until his move into the Group Policy team as a Program Manager in 2003. Mark has presented at numerous conferences since then including TechEd, MMS and customer briefings for visitors to Microsoft campus. Outside of work Mark lives in the Seattle area with his wife and two children and enjoys visiting his extended family back in the UK, from which he and his wife hail. He enjoys road cycling, is a keen soccer fan and recently obtained his private pilot's license.

Kim Cameron
Kim Cameron drives the evolution of Active Directory, Federation Services, Identity Integration Services, InfoCard and Microsoft's other Identity Metasystem products. Kim joined Microsoft in 1999 when it bought the ZOOMIT Corporation. As VP of Technology at ZOOMIT, he had invented metadirectory technology and built the first shipping product. Before that he led ZOOMIT's development team in producing a range of SMTP, X.400, X.500, and PKI products.
Stuart Kwan joined Microsoft in 1996 after completing a BASC in Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario. He has been involved with Active Directory since its inception and has contributed to several related distributed systems technologies. Prior to joining full time, he interned at Microsoft on four separate occasions, contributing to the Active Directory Service Interface (ADSI) project.

Dev Balasubramanian is a Program Manager in the Windows Rights Management Services product team, where he is focused on building and expanding the RMS ISV and SI Partner community. His previous professional experiences include working as an Information Worker Technology Specialist in Microsoft's Communications Sector sales team in New York, NY, and as a Graduate Research Scientist at the Univeristy of California - San Diego. He holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, and is also MCSD certified.
James Booth has more than 18 years of experience as a system architect and designer, almost exclusively involved with directory services and identity management, though with some messaging and line of business software development thrown in for good measure. He has a deep technical understanding of directory and identity management technologies, particularly Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 (MIIS). James has developed a number of tools and components to accelerate MIIS 2003 solutions delivery. Prior to joining Oxford Computer Group, James was Group Program Manager on the MIIS team at Microsoft; he led the program management team responsible for the design and specification of MIIS 2003, Microsoft’s flagship identity management product. James joined Microsoft as a result of the acquisition of ZOOMIT Corporation, makers of the world’s first metadirectory product, where he was Director of Professional Services & Product Support. Prior to that James enjoyed a successful career as a directory services architect in the telecommunications industry. 
Jeff Bohren is a SW Architect at BMC Technologies where he works on architecture and development for Identity Management products. He joined BMC Software in 2005 through the acquisition of OpenNetwork Technologies. He has over 15 years of software product development and architecture experience, including over 5 years developing commercial identity management products. He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida. He is currently the co-chair of the OASIS Provisioning Services (SPML) committee and has served on OASIS committees for SAML, DSML, WSDM, WSN and WSRF. He is a contributing author to the WS-Trust specification.
Jorge is a Senior Infrastructure Consultant within LogicaCMG and is based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Jorge has been active in IT since 1997. He worked for CMG since 1999 and now for LogicaCMG after the merger between Logica and CMG at the end of 2002.
Jorge has worked with Windows infrastructures since 1997, and he specializes in Windows Server and Active Directory. Richard Chalifoux is a Senior Systems Engineer at Fidelity Investments, bringing over twenty five years of IT experience in networking, voice mail, mainframe, and client server platforms. He currently focuses on metadirectory technology (MIIS) where he is responsible for designing business solutions for the enterprise. Prior to joining Fidelity, Richard worked at The Children's Hospital in Boston, where he served as the Office Automation Supervisor designing next-generation messaging infrastructures.

Chris is a senior consultant and training specialist with Oxford Computer Group where he has accumulated considerable experience working with MIIS and is responsible for developing opportunities and training in new areas of technology. Ulric Dihle is a Technologist on the Microsoft IT Identity Management Team where he is responsible for the Microsoft Managed Solutions implementation and architecture of MIIS, aka MMSSPP or Mississippi. MMSSPP is the primary tool used to sync Active Directory objects and attributes from MMS customers to the Microsoft Managed forest and to provision service entitlements for those accounts such as Exchange mailboxes, LCS services. Ulric previously worked as a tester in the Active Directory Product group focusing on Active Directory backup/restore, Install From media and Active Directory client APIs for 6 years before moving to the IT space and working on MMSSPP and Active Directory operations for Microsoft Corporate production forests.

Mark Foust is a Directory and Identity Management Technical Specialist at Microsoft. Gerry Gebel is the Service Director for Burton Group's Identity and Privacy Strategies service. In addition to managing the analyst research team, Gerry covers user provisioning, federation, and entitlement management topics. Prior to joining Burton Group in 2000, he worked at Chase Manhattan Bank for 11 years in their central IT department.
Guido Grillenmeier is a Master Technologist within the Advanced Technology Group at Hewlett Packard. Based in Germany, Guido deals primarily with global Windows infrastructure deployments and migrations, designing and implementing efficient Active Directory security and delegation models for HP's customers. His current focus is helping HP customers to make a smooth transition to 64-bit Windows. Guido has been a speaker at various conferences such as Microsoft Exchange, IT-Forum, Windows Connections and the Directory Experts Conference (DEC). He was one of five developers and tutors for HP's Windows Server 2003 Academies and is currently leading the development of the Windows Longhorn Academies. Dung K Hoang is a member of the Microsoft Solutions Practices at Hewlett Packard. Dung participates in engagements to help HP's customers implementing and managing Windows 2003 infrastructure. Joe Isenhour is a Senior Systems Engineer at Washington Mutual
Bank. For the last five years, Joe has been designing and
implementing identity management solutions for the bank. Joe
designed and implemented the primary back office Active
Directory forest which today supports 70,000+ Windows XP
clients, 5,000+ servers, and the majority of the bank’s client
and intranet applications.
Joe Kaplan works in Accenture's internal IT organization, building enterprise applications using the .NET Framework. He specializes in directory services programming, for which he has been recognized as a Microsoft Most Valued Professional and Active Directory Federation Services. He is the co-author of "The .NET Developer's Guide to Directory Services Programming" (Addison-Wesley, 2006). Danny Kim is a Microsoft MVP and recognized industry expert on Windows Group Policy and Active Directory. Kim has helped more than 30 Fortune 100 companies, including Bank of America, Boeing, and Wal-Mart, design and deploy their Group Policy infrastructure. He has also architected and developed several leading Windows policy management products which have been licensed by Microsoft, NetIQ, Compaq, Sony, Toshiba and others. Gil Kirkpatrick, NetPro's Chief Technical Officer, is an expert in the design and development of large-scale distributed software for enterprise networks. Kirkpatrick is the recipient of a 2005 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award and has more than 26 years of software development expertise. He is a recognized authority and renowned speaker on commercial network directories, including Banyan StreetTalk, Novell eDirectory and Microsoft Active Directory. In his previous position as NetPro's Director of Engineering, Kirkpatrick was responsible for the development of NetPro's directory management products and served as the architect and lead engineer for the Company's flagship product, DirectoryAnalyzer. Darren Mar-Elia is President and Chief Technology Officer of SDM Software, Inc. - a Group Policy solutions company. He has over 20 years combined experience in information technology and software development. He was Sr. Director of Product Engineering at DesktopStandard (recently acquired by Microsoft)and prior to that, served as Chief Technology Officer for Windows management solutions at Quest Software. He was also a director of distributed systems at Charles Schwab & Co. and helped guide that company's use of Microsoft Windows technologies. Darren has written or contributed to 11 books on Windows management topics and is a Microsoft MVP for Group Policy technology. Paul Moore serves as CTO for Centrify, where he provides the technical vision for its DirectControl solutions. Prior to Centrify, he was Vice President and Principal Architect for next-generation storage management products at Computer Associates. From 1999 to 2003, as CTO of Netreon, Moore designed the architecture and led the team that implemented Netreon's SANexec Manager and SANexec Designer. Prior to Netreon he was a Program Manager in Microsoft's Windows 2000 development group, where he drove the integration between Active Directory and the Windows 2000 enterprise print subsystem. Before joining Microsoft he spent 20 years in a wide variety of software development and consulting positions for companies in the UK and US.
A recent addition to the Microsoft team, Anthony Morgante is a Technical Solutions Professional specializing in Directories and Identities technologies. Prior to Microsoft he worked for Ernst & Young as a lead architect for its Active Directory Infrastructure, and most recently the firm’s MIIS/ADAM global implementation. Anthony was the technical lead and project manager in deploying a global, centralized identity management solution in order to provide Single Sign capabilities as well as establish a true central meta directory for the firm. Prior to Ernst & Young, Anthony was the technology Site manager at one of Citibank’s largest check processing centers in the nation located in Englewood Cliffs NJ. Prior to Citibank Anthony supervised the Fedwire Network Services helpdesk for the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. His team supported all the primary broker dealers during US treasury auctions and over 800 bank branches nationally.
Dave Nesbitt is an Identity Architect at Oxford Computer Group where he designs, develops, and implements complex Identity Management architectures for Oxford's customers based on MIIS. Dave has many years experience with identity management and directories - from X.500 systems whilst in the Royal Air Force in the mid-90s, the Zoomit metadirectory that became MMS, LDAP-based provisioning systems and now MIIS. Dave used to run the DIM Report, a website and newsletter dedicated to Identity Management.
Robert Nottoli has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology Field. His career experiences closely track the evolution of distributed systems, in a wide variety of technical roles. His current focus is on Identity and Access Management technologies. Robert is a Principal Technology Specialist with Microsoft, working with customer on leveraging Microsoft technologies for Identity and Access Management solutions. With 20 years experience in IT Richard Siddaway has held a variety of roles including technical and data architect. Richard is currently employed by Perot Systems, in the UK, as an IT Architect. Recent engagements have included Active Directory implementations and migration of messaging systems. Always keen to automate administrative tasks whenever possible scripting has always formed part of Richard's tool set starting with Rexx and VBScript. Working with PowerShell since the early betas Richard leads the PowerShell User Group in the UK. Microsoft. Joel has been involved in multiple identity

Ulf is a senior consultant with a European provider for infrastructure solutions in Germany. He also is an independent author, consultant, speaker and trainer. He has been repeatedly awarded MVP for Windows Server – Directory Services. Throughout his professional career, Ulf has had many consulting engagements with major European corporations, mostly in the financial sector. His certifications include Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (Security) for all Operating Systems since NT4.

Manny is a co-founder of Centeris and has 24 years of software development and investment experience. Manny began his professional career at Hewlett-Packard and afterward joined Microsoft as the program manager for the software development kit for Microsoft Windows 1.0. Throughout his career Manny has taken on many leadership roles including co-founding the Virtual Worlds Group in Microsoft Research to study social interaction, collaborative work and real-time communication on the Internet. After leaving Microsoft in 1998, Manny started his own consulting business to help startups and venture capital companies with the due-diligence process. Today Manny leads Centeris into the next generation of identity management for companies leveraging mixed UNIX, Linux and Windows networks.
Markus Vilcinskas is a technical content developer on Microsoft’s Identity and Access Management User Assistance team. After working for several years as technical consultant, he joined Microsoft in 1999. For the past six years, he has been involved in many directory service and identity-integration related projects. His expertise includes researching and documenting product features and functionality. He also develops and documents solutions for both common customer scenarios and more specialized solutions tailored to customer environments. Markus is a regular contributor to the MIIS newsgroup on Microsoft.com and can be reached through that forum if you want to discuss MIIS related identity management issues or solutions.
